Submission Guidelines
- Articles should be 800–1,500 words in length
- Content must be original and not published elsewhere
- Tone can be conversational, reflective, or informative — but always respectful and honest
- Include a short author bio (1–2 sentences) and any relevant social media or website links
- You may submit up to 2 relevant images (optional) with proper credit
- We reserve the right to edit for clarity, grammar, or formatting
